These Terms and Conditions apply to use of the Perfumes Off website and to purchases made through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images. All products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and provide an appropriate replacement choice or refund.
Prices and promotions
Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you place an order. Delivery charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. We may change prices or promotions prospectively. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions, expiry and eligibility and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.
Payment
Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. Payments are processed by providers such as Stripe and PayPal. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. Unless stated otherwise, payment is captured when the order is placed.
Delivery
Processing times, delivery estimates, charges and international restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify to receive them. Ownership passes when we receive full payment.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your online cancellation rights and the process for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
Website use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, misuse promotional offers, scrape the site at scale or use our content in a way that infringes rights.
Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. Brand names and product trademarks belong to their respective owners. Resale of genuine branded products does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will contact you where the delay materially affects your order. Your legal rights, including any right to cancel for serious delay, remain available.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in force when you place the order, unless a change is required by law and must apply retrospectively.
Law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact support@perfumeoff.co.uk first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly.
