⭐ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. If a customer requests to cancel an order after it has been placed, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount to cover payment processing, administrative, and transaction costs.

Important:

  • If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.
  • The remaining refund (after the 15% cancellation fee) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is approved.

⭐ Easy Returns – Within 14 Days

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

✅ You received the wrong product (incorrect fragrance or item).
✅ The product arrived damaged, broken, or defective.

  • Clear photo evidence of the issue

Once verified, we will provide return instructions.

Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged items.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or have a broken hygiene seal (unless damaged upon arrival)

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

Important Conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed, with all original labels and packaging intact

  • Perfumesoff reserves the right to refuse refunds if items are not returned in resaleable condition

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
